Crack Repair

If you have cracks in your concrete, it is paramount that you get them sealed in order to protect the longevity of your property. (See what we did there?) All of the problems that can arise when your joints and seams are left unsealed can occur when you don’t seal the cracks as well. Water gets in through the cracks, washing out the soil underneath, leaving you with broken and sunk concrete. The risk for these problems can be significantly decreased when your cracks are sealed properly. Not only does our crack repair prevent further damage, the end product is much more aesthetically pleasing than before!

Along with sealing the existing cracks in your concrete, we can help address any pressure problems your concrete is experiencing. We’ve found that many driveways do not have proper expansion joints installed to allow the concrete to expand and contract with the temperature changes throughout the year. When there’s no room for the concrete to expand it can cause pressure cracks in the concrete and potentially cause damage to the garage floor and foundation of your house. The installation of a proper expansion joint in your driveway will relieve this pressure and prevent future damage to your property.
